What are the 10 good habits at morning? - Tech4Task4B

Most of us snooze our alarms in the morning, stay up late, check our phones, and then rush to work. In this fast paced busy life we forget to give time to ourselves.

Harvard Business School research shows that most successful people have a morning routine that they follow every day. It is said that the way you spend your morning affects the rest of your day.

If you make your mornings happy and energetic, you'll have the same mood throughout the day. The book "5 AM Club" by Robin Sharma also focuses on why a morning routine gives you a good start to the day ahead.

So, today I'm going to share with you five morning habits that the most successful people follow.

Although it sounds simple, it is difficult not to use mobile in the morning. We are so addicted to using mobile that it can become a difficult habit to break.

Even Jay Shetty talks in his post about how he had to keep his phone in his car last night so he wouldn't go straight to his phone when he woke up.

Keeping your phone away from waking for at least 2 hours will keep you away from unnecessary distractions. And try to wake up at least 3 hours before the time you have to leave for work/school.

This way you can give yourself 2 hours. Go to bed early the night before so you won't be sleepy the next morning. Instead of using an alarm on your phone, use a simple alarm clock.

This trick will help you stop checking and scrolling your phone early in the morning. So,

Habit #1: Don't use your phone within 2 hours of waking up.

Habit #1 The first thing you should realize after waking up is that this day is a gift from God to you. Many people are struggling for life or many people did not even get a chance to live this day. But you have been given a new day so you should be thankful for that.

Take 5 minutes to remind yourself of the things you are grateful for. It could be your good health, being with family, freedom to choose your life or anything.

When you only count your blessings, you stop complaining about what you don't have and start appreciating what you do have. Doing such a simple activity will make you really happy from the inside out. So,

Habit #2: Practice Gratitude

Habit #2 Let's move on to the next habit, meditation. To perform at your best at work, you need to focus throughout the day. Meditation is the best way to center yourself in this busy world.

Start with 10 minutes and then increase the duration to 20-30 minutes. In the beginning, you will find it difficult to meditate but keep doing it consistently.

You can chant some mantras or you can use meditation songs that are available on the internet or just put on your earphones without any music or sound to block out the outside noise. Practice meditation every day and watch your focus and creativity increase with less anger. So,

Habit #3 is: Meditate for at least 10 minutes

Habit #4 is working. science has proven that exercising in the morning improves blood circulation and lowers stress levels. Physical exercise in the morning is important because most of us now have to sit in one place to work all day.

Well, the good news is that you don't necessarily have to go to the gym to exercise. You can go for a walk or run in the park or play a sport or even stretch yourself at home.

It is better if you go outside in nature because you can feel the fresh air and energy from the sunrise. So, Habit #4 is: Do any kind of physical exercise.

Habit #4 Okay, the next habit is to make your mindset positive.

Positive thinking can help you face any challenge with ease. There are two methods for this. First, you can read self-help or non-fiction books. Many books help you in developing positive attitude, personality development, spirituality etc.

But if you don't have time to read a book, you can practice saying affirmations. Affirmations are short positive phrases that help you build confidence and motivate you. For example, you could say: I'm getting better every day. I am happy and grateful for what I have.

Today is my day and I'm going to win it. You can look at yourself in front of the mirror and make eye contact with yourself and say these powerful words. So,

Habit #5 is: Read a book or practice affirmations.
